Erasmus+ Staff Week on “Mathematical Modelling for Real-World Applications and ICT”, to be held at the Universty of L'Aquila from June 8 to 13, 2026
The event opens on Monday, 8 June 2026, with an official ceremony, held in conjunction with the International Staff Week dedicated to Ukrainian studies.
The opening session on 8 June starts at 10 am with a speech by the UAQ Rector, Prof. Fabio Graziosi. It will be attended in person by H.E. the Ambassador of Ukraine to Italy, Ihor Brusylo, as well as online by Dr Svitlana Shytikova, Director of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine.
This will be followed by a presentation on the Global Coalition of Ukrainian Studies (GCUS) and a summary of the working activities held during the previous week.
In the afternoon, the scientific week dedicated to the theme “Mathematical Modelling for Real-World Applications and ICT” officially commences, with the participation of lecturers and researchers from partner universities:
