Aims:

To numerically simulate real fluid mechanical problems as well as to give an overview of the methods used in private and educational facilities.

Content:
  • Methods for a treatment of convection-diffusion equations,
  • Projection methods for incompressible and compressible Navier-Stokes equations,
  • Treatment of complex geomtries,
  • Turbulence modelling.

Partial differential equations, fluid mechanics
